Andrea Shaw is charged with murder in Idaho. A Payette County grand jury indicted her on June 29, 2026. Police accuse her of suffocating the children. She faces two counts of first-degree murder and could face life in prison or the death penalty.

The 18-month-old twins were found dead on May 1, 2025, in Payette, Idaho.
