In 2025 groups and governments criticized Wikipedia. On March 18, 2025 the ADL published a report about biased editors. The Wikimedia Foundation said it will review the report and protect editors. Courts in India and the UK also looked at Wikipedia in 2025. Wales asks editors to follow rules called neutral point of view. The Wikimedia Foundation defends editor anonymity and has legal cases in 2025. People worry about bias, but Wikipedia relies on process and volunteers.
